Hello. I am new to this kind of shooting. and I ran into a problem. I buy DollyShield DIY Kit. was also purchased arduino duemilanove. after connecting shield with arduino I connected the device to usb port. The board arduino work some LEDs. led on shield not working. no letters or numbers on displey. I did not give any importance to this. using the instructions I installed the software. then set the application and uploaded OpenMoCo - without any problems. as well as the updated driver in the application dinamic perception. after all the manipulation display not to work. only the dim light. what is the problem why the device is not working? controller is going to very carefully. I can `t confuse the parts places.

Did you adjust the contrast
Did you adjust the contrast adjustment potentiometer as described in the instructions? If you don't set the contrast, you won't be able to see anything on the screen =)
... it's the blue thing on the back with the screw-like white part that needs to be tuned.
