Well, you'd either need to replace the servos with steppers (for the OM TLE or Micro Engine) or normal DC motors (for the dollyshield) to use the software/hardware as its designed. Otherwise, you would have to modify them to work with servos.

You might be interested in this device, however - it's inexpensive, has a GUI (although not geared towards a video/TL workflow, but it'll get ya running =) and controls several servos: http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/1350
