Sorry for the late notice, but we will be taking the site down for a few hours this afternoon (Sunday, 11/13/2011) at 1:30PM CDT (1730 hours GMT). We expect this upgrade to take a couple of hours, and after which the site will run faster and better.
We will be running the site at a new location, so there may be time required for DNS to propagate the new information across the internet, so the site may appear to be unavailable for a short period of time afterwards.
Once we prepare the site for upgrade, the current site may not be accessible until its ready to come back online.

Site upgrade is now complete. It may take some time for the DNS changes to propegate, but users should already be seeing the new site.
Now that we've moved the server to a more powerful one, and upgraded to the latest version of the software, we will begin adding new features over the next few weeks.

is there an expiration for editing a "story" article? i cant seem to make any edits on the Project Chronos story

There isn't any time limit, and it should allow you to edit it. Is it not showing you the Edit tab? Try now, I just tweaked your account type, if it shows up now I know how to fix it.
